We are eco-driven company, dedicated to building in harmony with nature
Construction industry contributes to 23% of air pollution, 50% of climatic change, 40% of drinking water pollution and 50% of landfill wastes
In 2018, the buildings and construction sector accounted for 36% of final energy use and 39% of energy-related CO2 emissions, 11% of which resulted from manufacturing building materials and products such as steel, cement and glass (GlobalABC/IEA/UNEP, 2019). The indirect emissions from buildings are more than twice the direct emissions and are associated with fuels used for electricity generation.”

Future of sustainable home construction
The SYSTEM 3E sustainability is expressed by its optimized life cycle (LCA) including resources acquisition, processing, manufacturing, use on the construction site and its end of life (recycling). SYSTEM 3E sustainability and ecology is also related with the building high energy-efficiency standard, and our internal operations focusing on the environment and digital transformation.

How we approach
the sustainable development
Built to Thrive in a Changing Climate
Elements of SYSTEM 3E are designed to excel in environments affected by climate change.
Excellent thermal and sound insulation
Resilience against earthquakes and hurricanes
Class A surface burning characteristics (REI 240 + M)
Resistance to water, cold, mildew, and insects"
We accelerate the transition to environmentally friendly economy.
The production processes adopted by SYSTEM 3E require minimal use of energy and water to manufacture 3E elements, what makes our products and finished houses in perfect balance with the environment. The technology demonstrates that construction process can be freed from toxic chemicals and most of the waste. The recycling potential we have determined proves that the SYSTEM 3E product’s life cycle is circular, and perlite has the potential to find its second life in other construction elements. SYSTEM 3E changes positively the influence of new buildings on the environment by significant reduction of their operational greenhouse gas emissions. Low thermal transmittance coefficient characteristic for finished 3E walls is a perfect match for new building designed in high energy-saving standards, especially Passive and nZEB buildings.
