Another investment abroad. We are implementing a new project in the Netherlands.

We have recently started another international project. This time, we are moving to the vicinity of Amsterdam, where a 100 sqm house is being constructed using the SYSTEM 3E technology. The project has been designed and adapted to our technology by a local architect. The shape of the emerging building will harmoniously align with the existing urban planning guidelines in the area.

- Investing in the highly competitive Dutch market once again proves that with SYSTEM 3E, the implementation of the most demanding projects is possible. Our solutions can be quickly and easily adapted to local needs and architectural traditions. We see immense interest in the 3E technology in various European markets—from Spain, through the United Kingdom, to the Netherlands, Sweden, and Germany. We continually expand our network of collaborating architects, engineers, and investors who seek affordable and environmentally responsible solutions, guaranteeing the highest quality of construction," declares Dariusz Lewandowski, CEO of DOM 3E.

The construction in the Netherlands is part of our development strategy in the European construction markets. In February of this year, we began building the first house in Spain. On March 21, a shipment departed from the 3E Production Plant in Radomsko for the second construction project in Spain, and the dispatch of materials for another investment is planned before the end of March. Over the next 12 months, approximately 30 houses in the SYSTEM 3E technology will be built in Spain alone.

- Our partners from across Europe are impressed by the capabilities offered by the 3E technology. We provide a real answer to the challenges of globally rising prices of building materials, the need for a rapid departure from petroleum-based products in construction, and the lack of qualified labor. During an open day in the Netherlands, we presented the foundation plate with the first layer of 3E elements. The next day, the investor, along with another person with no prior construction experience, assembled a wall 10 meters long and 3 meters high in the same place. And all this without the assistance of a professional construction team," adds Piotr Budnik, Vice President of SYSTEM 3E.

Due to its location, the Netherlands is already experiencing the effects of rapid climate change. Therefore, by 2030, the Kingdom of the Netherlands aims to achieve a 49% reduction in CO2 emissions compared to 1990. Restrictive regulations focused on radically reducing emissions and the use of harmful chemical substances, including per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), apply to the entire economy. However, these regulations pose significant financial and technological challenges for the Dutch construction industry.

- The 3E technology allows for the construction of houses, neighborhoods, and public buildings. SYSTEM 3E is a response to the needs of our market and new regulations concerning the reduction of the carbon footprint, environmental protection, and the use of natural materials with exceptional thermal insulation properties. I recommend this technology, especially to contractors, due to the simplicity and speed of construction—no mortar is needed to erect walls, and the elements fit together like blocks, eliminating the need for a qualified masonry team," concludes Justin Klunder, an investor from the Netherlands.

The Netherlands is one of the most developed and competitive housing markets in Europe. In a country inhabited by about 18 million people, there is currently a shortage of approximately 330,000 homes and apartments. Rising property prices also present a challenge—just last year, the cost of acquiring a home in the Netherlands increased by about 15% year-on-year, and this year a further price increase of over 12% is forecasted. One response to this challenge is the plan to finance the construction of 1 million new affordable homes and apartments in the Netherlands by 2031.

- At DOM 3E, we revolutionize the process of building houses! We build based on our proprietary SYSTEM 3E technology—the first invention in the construction industry in 100 years! The technology involves erecting walls using the 'click-click' method. It is an alternative to traditional house construction. We build without mortar, insulation, and harmful chemicals, in an ecological, economical, and energy-efficient manner. We set entirely new standards for building homes!
