Dariusz Lewandowski has many professional achievements. He managed international Red Bull and TATA affairs in Poland, advised BIG 4 corporations in the field of finance as a consultant at PwC and Deloitte, and provided economic advisory services and introduced entities to the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He is a Certified Advisor in the WSE Alternative Trading System. President of the management boards of SYSTEM 3E S.A. and ARIA S.A.

Piotr Budnik is a securities broker licensed to perform investment consultancy activities and a Certified Advisor in the Alternative Trading System of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He began his professional career at the branch of the First Republic Group investment company in New York. He is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice. He also attended the Woodberry Forest School, Virginia, USA.

Katarzyna Kolmus is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw. She is an attorney at the District Bar Council in Warsaw and specializes in civil, commercial, and capital market law. She has extensive experience in conducting investment transactions, preparing information documents, the process of raising capital, as well as creating compliance procedures. She is a Certified Advisor in the Alternative Trading System for the Newconnect and Catalyst GPW market in Warsaw.

Patryk Bolimowski obtained his technical education in chemistry and materials science in Poland, Germany, and Great Britain, where he was awarded a PhD degree at the University of Bristol in 2017. He perfected his skills by coordinating research and development projects in the field of construction materials for applications in the engineering industry. In the SYSTEM 3E, he is responsible for ensuring the quality of manufactured elements and their improvement, ensuring product compliance with existing standards, and conducting research and development projects.

Grzegorz Balcerowicz is a graduate of the Częstochowa University of Technology, where he studied production engineering as well as management and marketing. He obtained a Master’s degree in engineering. Over the years, he gained experience in managerial positions in companies such as EFFECTOR S.A., YAWAL S.A. or METAL PLAST Sp. z o.o. Since 2017, he has been the manager of the System 3E manufacturing plant, where he primarily supervises its functioning. He is also responsible for conducting technological tests, supervising production quality, and launching new production processes.
